The partners of ARX Avocats in their Paris offices
Three paths

Three paths, one shared standard.

The firm brings together three partners with distinct and complementary backgrounds: a former public prosecutor, who became a lawyer after nine years as a public prosecutor; a multilingual member of the Paris Bar whose cross-disciplinary practice spans civil, criminal and commercial matters; and a lawyer who founded his own firm in 2017 and handles a broad spectrum of cases, in both advisory and contentious work.

This diversity of training and practice enables the firm to take on any matter, including the most complex cases in which judicial, regulatory, economic or media dimensions intertwine, applying the strategic approach each situation demands.

The partners teach, or have taught, at several leading institutions: the Sorbonne, Panthéon-Assas, Université Paris Cité, Sciences Po, the École normale supérieure and the École nationale de la magistrature (the French national school for the judiciary). They are committed to passing on knowledge that is constantly kept up to date.

Method

One method.

Availability

A responsible partner

Every matter is handled personally by the partner in charge of it, from the first meeting to its conclusion — and, where its nature so requires, by several partners together. Continuity of counsel is a condition of the quality of the analysis.

Rigour

A thorough analysis

No filing, strategy or oral argument is undertaken without an in-depth study of the applicable legislation, the relevant case law and the elements of the file. Rigour underpins every decision.

Transparency

A clear fee agreement

In accordance with Article 10 of the French Law of 31 December 1971, fees are freely agreed between the lawyer and the client. A fee agreement is drawn up after the first meeting; it sets out the services covered and their terms. No service outside its scope is billed without the client's prior consent.

Clients

A varied client base.

The firm advises and represents individuals facing situations with significant personal or financial stakes, public figures, institutions and associations, executives and corporate officers, as well as companies.

It also assists individuals and legal entities who are victims, including in disputes with a digital dimension.

Committed to access to justice, the firm accepts, in certain cases, matters under the French legal aid scheme.
