Strategy proceeds from a rigorous legal analysis: characterisation of the issues, risks, available courses of action, timetable. It is discussed with the client before any step is taken.
The firm advises, negotiates and pleads. Decisions are taken with the client, trade-offs are set out clearly, and the progress of the matter is followed without opaque delegation.
Where a matter requires it, the firm can also provide media and communications support.
The firm acts throughout France and receives clients by appointment, principally in Paris and the Hauts-de-Seine. Every enquiry is handled by one of the three partners. ARX is also able to assist any person, on an urgent basis, in criminal and media-related matters.
